THE LEARNING & EMPOWERMENT THROUGH THE ARTS PROGRAM
"Nurturing healthy minds and bodies through the incredible power of the arts!"
THE GOLD STANDARD.

Our LEAP Company Ensemble (LCE) was established in January 2024 (St. Kitts) and January 2025 (Nevis) with a distinct purpose to provide star-studded professional and personal growth opportunities to some of our most dedicated LEAP Members. This elite team pools together the best of the best - our most enthusiastic, skillful, ambitious, talented, team-oriented and loyal LEAPers - who make their way to the team either by special invitation, SHAPE Event Access or by audition.

The standard is sheer excellence. Outstanding profiles in all active facets of the Program are requirements - shining attendance, punctuality, respect for uniforms, skills advancement, grace, posture, stamina and attitude - all hallmarks of dancers who are poised for greatness as they 'leap' from strength to strength in their budding arts careers.
Taught, managed and led, hands-on, by our Managing Director, Genieve Hanley, our LCE Team fulfills her vivid vision to churn out dancers who are specialist dance practitioners - adept in the history, knowledge and practice of the art of dance and performance. Under her watchful guidance, our LCE approaches each challenging class, and each challenging assignment, mindful of the high expectations she holds for each and every Member - coaching them far out of their comfort zones where their greatest potential lies. The results show in their polished demeanor and in their powerful presence on stage.

The evident outcomes of their training are also reflected in their growing resumés as we document their journeys. Look out for our LCE's earning and exhibition of gold stars - awarded to them after successful completion and performance of choreography we call 'sets', or for their dazzling on-stage appearances at various prestigious events. You'll know the length and breadth of an LCE Members' accomplishments by the number of signature gold stars he/she has on her profile below.
