Features a dramatic neckline adorned with sequin appliques with a light suntan mesh insert, and an attached 4-layer tutu with 3 layers of stiff red tulle and one layer of tulle decorated with appliques to match the bust. Dress features an attached leotard and adjustable light suntan camisole straps.
